Pictures provided to docuement before and after repairs are performed. The Imager is used in all mold abatement / remediation work to ensure that all contaminated surfaces are tested and treated.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY/MOLD INSPECTIONS
The indoor air and indoor surfaces are sampled for mold & fungi which cause allergic reasons to occupants. The thermal infrared camera is used in all inspections to locate any hidden water leaks causing  mold & fungi growths. Certified viable & non-viable sampling proceedures and certified labratory analysis guarantees the most accurate results. Independent certified mold labratory analysis with the quanity and type of molds found, along with a certified IAQ/Mold Inspection Report with recommendations and solutions are provided with every job.
